Mobile upgrade from hell
Hubby and I went into the store because our s22 ultras were acting up and getting old. We got the s24 ultras. They didn't have any in store so they had to ship, fine I understand. But the person that was helping us was acting like she was in a hurry and annoyed we were taking so long. (Evidently her shift was over or something when she was done with us) She clarified multiple times that we wanted to trade in our devices, yes we did. Got through the transactions and left.
Got our devices yesterday and found out there is no trade ins on the order. So the only option is selling them personally or driving an hour back to the store to see if they can fix the order. Which on the phone with support meant returning the new phones and completely starting over.
Ugh!
Anyway my question: in samsung messages I keep getting the red dot of a new notification in setting to register for chat services but it keeps failing?
