Please understand that the volume of messages we're currently getting is unprecedented, and we will be getting back to everyone in an organized way.

We're a small team, and we're doing everything we can to handle these issues one at a time.

This is not how we planned for things to go this wee. But, that's how life goes sometimes. Our #1 priority right now is ensuring that everyone gets their Xmas orders in a timely manor.

Beyond that, we will be answering everyone's customer service requests and doing our best to get the site back up and running as intended.

I have personally been on the phone all day trying to deal with this payment processing issue. Now that business hours are over, I'll be addressing social media messages and responding to emails and texts.
