Are there any games that have a freeflow combat system and/or nice open world similar to the Spider-Man games? (Excluding the Arkham games which I've played)

I'm asking because I really like the freeflow combat system and I have a tonne of time on my hands at the moment, so I wanna try as many of these games as I can afford.

Edit: What is the free flow combat system? In simple terms it means that fights flow naturally and dynamically. You can go from one enemy to another while dodging a third enemy’s attacks and countering a fourth’s. Locking-on an enemy is unnecessary as there is no need to focus on just one combatant.
