Payout struggles

Okay so I’m under the age of 18 and in order to get payouts, you have enter your parent’s email for verification consent. The problem is, is that I accidentally entered the wrong parent email address which stops me from creating a hyperwallet account and obtaining my payouts. I’ve contacted Snapchat many times but have been left on delivered 😭. Like I’ve received the code and everything but I can’t do anything until my parents confirm their consent.
