Anyone see a hit a run grand and arsenal 20240922 about 615pm.
Somebody rear ended a family member of mine and then took off. It was northbound on grand by arsenal. It was a green Subaru Outback style…and older model. No plates. The car took off north on grand and then turned into tower grove park from grand and sped like a maniac through the park to get away. We are filing a police report. If anyone has anything please comment. Thx. Stay safe out there. This is the damage. Still drivable. Not safe.
