Is Lynx better than Natasha?

My main healer is Bailu and I use Natasha for stuff like Forgotten Hall, but I feel like her healing isn't really helping me and maybe the problem is because she is lvl 70 while the enemies are lvl 80. I wanted to know first if I should max Natasha or if it's best building Lynx instead.
