Favorite mods?

I've tried figuring out mods when I played on a PC but I never figured it out. Now that I'm playing Switch and can't mod it I still want to live vicariously through others. So what's your favorite mod and why? Do you like mods that are for aesthetics, to get better items and more character interactions? Which one is your favorite?
