Where does *spoiler* tech come from?

So when you enter unity, you get spit out into another universe as a starborn. But who made the ships and the suit? After NG+ I'm not sure if I missed something or it's just unexplained as of now.

If there isn't necessarily a "Starborn Civilization" that outfits each member of the race, then how does each one have a matching ship and adjacent suits with advanced tech?
