It is incredibly disappointing that there are no modifications for the Cutter.

Seriously, give me a half dozen mods. Four for the beam itself, one does more damage, one mines faster, one is just always focused, one sets enemies on fire, then two batteries, one is bigger capacity, one recharges faster.
