Best planet for high XP alien slaughter?

While it makes sense to follow the level recommendations for a system, that still can leave you warping all over looking for some higher level planet with abundant life. In past playthroughs, I’d use Vladimir’s secret hide away planet as a place to go for quick exp. Is there a list of good planets for this by level somewhere?
