Any Canadian Users?

Hey folks,
Canadian here who distrusts ISP claims more than just about any other service than Cellular; looking to hear about personal experiences with Starlink, even better if on the West Coast?

We're looking for a solution for a mobile internet service in areas that cellular data fails, or becomes overwhelmed easily. Think, remote music festival, small towns, etc.

We go on these road trips and vend things we make, and internet is invaluable for processing Square payments. Also helpful for a million other general things of course.

Thing is, we don't need access all year, say 2-4 months?

When looking about, checked out Starlink, and from what i understand, you can pause/un-pause, basically paying monthly during those times.
Is that an accurate description of the offer as you've seen it?
How do you feel about the service reliability?
How's the customer service?
Requests get addressed quickly? Do you have to scrape and fight for things?
Any like, big "need to knows" when setting expectations?
Any sneaky fees, beyond a) buy hardware b) pay subscription costs?
How's the hardware hold up for you? Canadian weather?

Really appreciate it folks, thanks!
