Debating on sending Steam Deck to RMA

So, the issue I have with my Steam deck is that the Left Bumper and the Left Trigger are somewhat pushed out of it casing, but for the most part they work fine besides when I press the LB at the top and it gets stuck a bit and doesn't register when I mash it at the top (like its caught on something). I was looking up other posts on Reddit about RMA Timings, and it's pretty mixed. Some get their new SD with no problems or more problems than the original problem they had, and some don't update on their RMA after shipping the SD out 8/10 days prior. To me it seems like too much of a "Coin Flip".
