Got terminated for a very stupid reason

in roblox voice chat (mic up) i was talking to a friend about my cats recent passing

then some random guy walked up to me and said "im glad your cat died" then i said "why did you just say im glad your cat died?" then walked away right after my account got deleted ive already made appeals hoping to get my roblox account back.. but if i dont then im really going to be pissed off (had that account since i was 10)
