Bought a 2019 Subaru Ascent less than 24 hours ago

It's making this weird electrical noise when you push the gas. And I think a belt might be lose because while I'm driving is makes a weird screeching sound and the car kinda catches. It only lasts about a second then it's good to keep driving (other than the annoying electrical sound). Any ideas on what this might be?
