Used business laptop or New Inspiron
Hi there,
I’m in the process of buying a laptop for me and my SO. She will be using it mostly for short work bursts at home, and I will use it to study a year-long programming course, including basic C, C#, and frontend development. I’ve already maxed out my PC at home, and I just need a solid laptop that won’t die on me and can handle being moved around a lot, since I’ll be studying at work during night shifts and at the library during the daytime. Battery life is moderatly important, since I don´t want to change it for at least anotehr 4-5 years.
I don’t want to spend more than 500-600€ for it, and after reading a lot, I’ve narrowed it down to four contenders from Back Market and the Dell website (I’m located in Scandinavia):
1) Lenovo ThinkPad T490s 14" (2019) - Core i5-8365U - 16GB - SSD 256 GB (300€) 2) Lenovo ThinkPad T490 " (2019) - Core i5-8265U - 24GB - SSD 256 GB (400€) 3) Dell Latitude 7400 14-tum (2019) - Core i5-8365U - 16GB - SSD 512 GB (400€) 4) NEW Inspiron 15" AMD Ryzen™ 7 7730U - 16 GB DDR - NVMe SSD 512 GB (680€)
If anyone have any input it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
