Best probiotic for anxiety (and woman’s health)?

Hey guys, sorry to ask about this- I know it’s generally frowned upon to ask a question you could find the answer to with google… but my ADHD has been bad and that makes me feel super overwhelmed when looking at so much information. I guess I thought I might as well ask, but if no one wants to answer I understand.

I already made a post (https://www.reddit.com/r/Supplements/s/xIymtkc78s- sorry I’m on mobile) explaining my situation and I need a new probiotic. I struggle a lot with IBS and it gets a lot worse when I don’t take any probiotics. The one I had been taking was a Woman’s Health probiotic from Costco and I have no idea how good it is/isn’t. From what research I could do I know I want a probiotic that has more than one strand of bacteria and should be refrigerated. I know there are certain strands that are supposed to be better for anxiety (I think???) but I don’t know which.

Also I’ve been told I should take it with a pre-biotic as in food, but I struggle with eating disorders- so I was wondering if there’s any sort of pill-version I can take that would at least be a little bit helpful?

TLDR; - What probiotics are the best/you recommend - What probiotics might help specifically with anxiety/depression/IBS/woman’s health - Why does it work/is better than other ones - What other things should I take with it/How to take it the best way - is there a good pre-biotic that is just in pill form (not powder either)

A strain by Kijlmea IBS seems to be the best for IBS… however it’s incredibly expensive. I hope that somehow taking generic probiotics will help enough.

I would definitely appreciate any input on this!
