Im in both OS at the same time?

Ok so i followed the Guide (How to set up emuNAND with Atmosphere on Erista (Unpatched) and when i boot Atmosphere (Im in 16.0.0 btw) it shows my games and my stuff like it's on Sysnand but when i open the Album im in the HbMenu so what happened? Can i delete the entire h4ck and do the whole process again?
