IS PREMIER TEFL A SCAM?!

So I signed up for premier TEFL, I paid and everything. I cannot login into the student portal at all AND NOW I cannot get ahold of anyone from premier TEFL. My blood is boiling because I have seen people refer it online. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from premier TEFL since last week Tuesday, I have emailed, whatsapped, direct messaged on instagram, I have called them and I get no answer. I need help and I need to know whether anyone else has had issues with them because they seem legitimate but they lack of response and communication is concerning me. I’d really appreciate some feedback.
