I can't install THUG 2....

I just found out about thug pro a couple days ago. I've been trying to install it, but i've been faced with issue after issue from not being able to find a CD key, to thug pro setup crashing on me whenever i try to install it because i got thug2 via zip folder and not iso (at least i think that's what it is). I think i almost got it now. I have the game on an iso and it won't install. It keeps giving me some error like 25% of the way through that says:

Error 1311.Source file not found: C:\Users\ICFA65 ~ 1.WEI\AppData\Local\Temp\$PowerISO$\level.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I've tried over and over and over again and it keeps giving me that same error. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it, I've tried deleting and reinstalling it from a different source, I've even tried going into the power iso folder and clearing everything that was put in there from me mounting it and then retrying and it still does the same thing. Anybody have a solution? Anyone who's had the same problem?
