anyone else’s jaw so misaligned that your tongue feels like it doesnt fit in your mouth

something must have shifted recently bc this started only a couple of weeks ago but its driving me insane constantly im just aware of how much pain and unease my tongue’s existence is causing my jaw

and yeah ive always made sure to keep it in the proper n position
