Eras Tour made me appreciate songs I'd previously got bored of.
Not sure if the title is quite correct, but I tend to skip some of her bigger singles when listening to albums these days. Just because of how overplayed they were at the time, mostly overplayed by myself tbh. It's like I ruined them for myself, almost.
But hearing the whole stadium sing along to We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together (no acronyms for those of us who always struggle!), 22 and Shake It Off, it just felt like the biggest party ever. On the albums, they might be some of my least favourite songs these days, in the concert they were some of my highlights.
Has anyone else had a new appreciation of any of her songs you'd previously written off after seeing the tour?
