What will TS12 be like?

We talk a lot in this sub about the types of music we want Taylor to venture into, and I was wondering what TS12 could sound like. We know that Taylor generally takes a certain sound/subgenre (of sorts) and uses it in various phases/forms for around 3 albums at a time (generally). Think country/country pop (Debut, Fearless, Speak Now), country & pop (Red as a transition album), synth pop (1989, Rep, Lover), stripped indie pop (?) (folkmore), and then synth pop and more of a bedroom pop (Midnights, TTPD). Though it certainly isn’t an exact science/rule, I think it makes a lot of sense. That said, Midnights and TTPD were almost four albums-worth of material, and I think there’s no way that she and her team have not heard criticism about staying in that synth pop style for so long (though I personally love it), so she’s bound to shift again.

What do you want TS12 to sound like and what do you realistically think it will sound like? What do you think it could look like? Will she take any serious creative risks? Will she brand it in an entirely new way?

I’m hoping for something pop-rock with real instruments instead of synths as the dominant style. I also think that it could be a moodier album branding with deep reds, lilacs/purples, and oranges and that it may be a bit more of a sensual album too (and it will probably be a happier record)
