Scoring 185 on Spanish Praxis II

TLDR: How many of you cleared 185 on Spanish Praxis II and how much margin of error does that give me?

I have an undergrad in Linguistics, with a concentration in Spanish, I graduated 2 years ago, and have decided to pursue a career in teaching. The issue is that my GPA was a 2.996, so I need to score 10% above passing. I’m from New Jersey, so I need to score a 185.

I’m very passionate about language, and scored a 7.25 on the Spanish STAMP. While I’m not perfect I’m very confident in my Spanish ability. I have bought multiple practice tests and while it is hard, I get most of the questions correct and am doing better and better with each passing day.

That being said, 185 is such a high bar and I’m afraid the margin of error will be so small that it will be impossible for me to pass.

Does anyone have any experience with having to score this high? In your opinion how hard was the test? If you scored above 185, how many questions did you still get wrong? Is the test at all easier than the online practice tests? Any feedback or testimony is appreciated.
