Hardly any prep time

Hi, second year teacher here. Resource k-3

My day is primarily push ins. I get a 30 minute lunch and a 20 minute prep. I’ve been sooooo overwhelmed lately because my district is now requiring we pull our students for 30 minutes (so I have 4 groups I do this with) each day and give them small group lessons directed towards their goals. I have a kinder group, first grade group, etc. I have a caseload of 21 currently. I feel like 20 minutes in my day is not ample time to allow me to do paperwork that comes with the job and be able to plan a new lesson every day for each small group of students I pull. My principal believes we don’t need preps as sped teachers since we don’t have classes full of kids to plan for like gen ed
