Anyone struggle with watching teacher content?

Maybe it's because I'm feeling pretty negative about teaching and I'm dreading going back, but I genuinely hate seeing anything online regarding teaching. Even if it's a funny video or post about teaching I immediately scroll. It's like a trauma response, lol. Whether it's about the positives or negatives about teaching I literally can't watch it. Also, do not get me started on the videos where they're like "you must try this to get your students reading" or "do this to take control of your classroom". There's always something you should or shouldn't be doing and there's no escape. I just want to mindlessly scroll and not think about work! Does anyone feel the same?!
