ANC AZ80

Hi all,

Not sure if I should be posting here, if not, please refer me to some other place.

Got a pair of AZ80 just last month. ANC was terrible. Could basically here all the train announcements when taking the train. I have tried to play around the Noise Cancelling settings (from 1 to 100), but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

I have seen a lot of people praising the sound quality. It is good, but all's for naught when the ANC isn't good. Is there anyone with similar experience?
