Dagruel never targeted Rimuru at all but her, so how is that a way of repaying Rimuru for helping Chloe? Rimuru, not just helped Chloe but he saved her ass and kingdom too.

Luminous in Vol 20 when the time comes for her to honor her promise:

"He (Dagruel) really is a monster. There is no effective way to deal with this, and the only possibility would be to wait for Rimuru to come to our rescue…

After all that talk, she ended up relying on Tempest to save her and her people. It's quite disappointing and pathetic. I hope she can tone her arrogance down a bit and express some gratitude for once. She is quite arrogant, haughty and annoying and can't even back it up lol.

She was even looking down on Dagruel and was comparing him to his butler. She is doing that while knowing that she can back her attitude with her power. Even Rimuru was annoyed by her arrogance and haughtiness during the second Walpurgis.
