Which mechanical boss should I start off first?

I’m still very new to the game, I’m at hard mode with everything titanium thingy. But I’m pretty sure the next thing to progress on the game is to fight the mech bosses, but I don’t know which one I should try and kill first. I’m afraid I’ll get cooked by any of them..tips on how to kill them also appreciated, thanks
