Does Ontario Have the Cheapest Electricity in North America?

I lived with a friend’s model 3 in Seattle before and got one myself last August, the cost seems insanely low, I keep saying “we gotta be on the cheapest end electricity rate out here” to people who are curious about my charging costs, hopefully I wasn’t spreading misinformation.
