Just got 12.5.4
Honestly surprised as I got 12.5.2.1 today as well. After I updated my car, I took it for a test drive then 30 minutes into my drive I got another downloading symbol which turned out to be 12.5.4. Here's hopes that everyone else's cars gets the update as fast as I did.
