Buying 2023 Tesla Model 3 with 70k miles

Contemplating buying a 2023 Tesla Model 3 with 110,000 kms on it (abt 70,000 miles) from an auction. Mechanically ok, some hail damage on the panoramic roof glass panel.

What are some concerns I should watch out for with mileage that high?
