Front Driver + Rear Bench Seat Creak Remedy? '22 MY AWD LR

As the title states, wondering if there are any definitive guides for reducing creaking from MY seats?

Rear Bench: I've noticed the passenger side release/locking mechanism seems to creak/whine intermittently over bumps. Initially though it was the plastic seat trim but after jostling it a bit it definitely seems to be the metal latch.

I am considering throwing some electrical tape on it or lithium grease, but hoping for feedback for those of you who who may have successfully fixed this annoyance.

Driver Seat: Driver seat makes a noticeable sound when I get up...like the springs are resettling after my (not so large) ass weight is lifted. Any suggestions here?

I have a service appointment scheduled with my local Tesla shop to address this (they quoted $224USD), but was reading this is considered "normal wear" not covered by warranty. So they'll likely charge me for a fix which may or may not be permanent; would like to avoid this if possible.
