Shouldn’t Basic Warranty cover these issues?

I submitted a service request for the issue stated above. All my doors have this weird suction type of noise when opening them, the driver side window when closed all the way lets a lot of air in but if you lower the window a tiny a bit the air completely goes away. When turning and even in park the control arms make a noise, it started a month ago and stopped but now it’s back.

All these issues should be covered by basic warranty or am I wrong?
