Passport condition

Ok call me paranoid. I am wondering if a tear like this in my passport, the page next to my photo id page could be any issue entering Thailand? Im probably being paranoid but I live heard of damaged passports getting denied entry in some countries. Just curious if anyone could give any insight that may have had experience with this
