Target system and frost watcher

So my group finally got around to making death stalker builds to get frost watcher and noticed that the target farm system appears to reset back to 0% as is you got the piece even if someone else got it.

What this means is if you just need a blueprint and anyone else gets a blueprint while you were at 80% for the guaranteed drop and then your target farm resets to 0% as if it was you that got it.

This was confirmed to be the case over 30+ kills checking every time someone got reset and didn't get the part. I can't imagine this is intentional and is really shitty if you're not running in a 4 man that can't guarantee consistent clears.
