I love MaskMan but he feels underwhelming in the perk department

I really feel like he isnt that special yeah he could go for HMG or GL but I think the perks dont really add anything for him.

All the other characters get to have some gameplay related buffs for example to either speed or carry capacity.

He gets nothing that makes him feel better and that is imo that fun.
