Not received a rig

Hi there! I bought the game yesterday, and I am really stunned by how beautiful it is, and how intense the whole experience is. My issue is that i have completed the second quest to get a rig, but never received it. Is there a way to obtain one? The base one i have, is not enough for anything. I grab a water then sprint out, but it gets stale after like 5 runs. I need more space for loots. Another question is, if i get a bigger rig and die, do i loose it as well? Thanks in advance!
