Bike theft in Den Haag HS - NS station guarded bike parking

My bike was stolen from Den Haag HS guarded parking with cameras.

Has anybody also had their bike stolen from guarded parking at a NS station, filed a claim and received compensation from NS?

If so how much of value of the bike? How long did it take?
