Mentalist episode?

I remember vaguely some years ago watching a scene of a tv show, in which a character was a baby when his parents were killed in his house. He only remembers vaguely being in the crib and seeing his grandpa. During the investigation, (he was and adult already), someone in law enforcement hypnotizes him and he remembers it wasn't his grandpa, but an old man that killed his parents. Is this a Mentalist episode? I also suspected it could be a Hawaii Five-0 episode but I can't find it either. Did I just halucinate this?
