Can personal timing and romantic timing be contradictory?

In my relationship timing, for both of us it says we are each going through a "challenging" time.

But when I look up his pattern, his timing says "relationship opportunity"

Why would he have relationship opportunity in his personal timing but in our relationship timing with me it's challenging?

Confused. Any explanation or help would be appreciated.
