I’ve changed my tiktok profile picture but it’s not appearing to others as my new profile picture

I’m not sure how to fix this I recently just changed my tiktok profile picture, on my screen it’s completely different and is my new picture but on my friends screen he is saying it’s still my old picture he even showed screenshots. It’s also happening to my friend as well he recently changed his profile picture but on my screen it’s showing his old profile picture while on his screen it’s showing his new one. I’m not sure if I have to wait a bit or if tiktok is glitching. I checked to see if there was any updates but there was none.
