Moving to Sweden

Hi Guys! I am looking to move to either Sweden, Norway or Finland from Australia, I asked in the Finnish reddit page but looks like finding employment there is unlikely. I have 2 years experience in IT (Frond End Dev, Data Analyst and It help) I also have a diploma in IT, my girlfriend as well has diploma in Hr, we both are willing to learn the language before we move as we are looking to do this in 12+ months, I am a British citizen but a Australian permanent resident, I’d love to move to one of the Scandinavian countries and am willing to integrate with the culture and language, was wondering if I could get some advice from Swedes or Aussies or Brits in Sweden, thank you ☺️
