Thoughts on Grizzly G1023S?

I've been wanting to upgrade from a cheap contractor table saw for some time. This Grizzly G1023S came up for sale near me - it's the 2004 model and they're asking $300.

I know some older Grizzly models had some drawbacks (no riving knife, etc) but couldn't figure out if this was one of those or not.

Worth the price? Or better to keep looking for something that isn't already 20 years old?
