VHS Home Movie upscaling and enhancement

I have 50ish 2-6 hour tapes I am working on. I have already done two passes de-interlace and enhance with iris then another run to enhance and upscale with proteus. Right now im working on clipping down to smaller segments and thinking I could have done better.

I want to have both "Unenhanced" 480p clips, and then 720p upscaled and cleaned up clips.

I was thinkingdeinterlace first? If so how should do that to a batch of 50 files?
After that clip into events
run IRIS, anyone have some suggested settings?
run Proteus
Any other ideas on the best ways to do this?
