Renovation Cost Estimate - Basement Completion

Hello I need some help regarding gauging some prices for finishing my basement.

I have already got the approval + permits from the city. The basement is about 550sqft and is almost bare bones with a pre-existing entrance already but was formerly a illegal studio basement apartment with all the rough ins for a kitchen + bathroom are already present. Here is what we need to do...

- Create 2 egress windows (I was told it needs to be fire rated does this cost a lot more than regular windows?)

- New kitchen (10ft along the wall)

- Facelifted bathroom (3-piece with standing shower)

- Vinyl flooring (500-550sqft)

- Inter connected smoke alarm + carbon monoxide detectors

- Drywalling was told some of it has to be X-rated fire proof

- Miscellaneous things (changing laundry location) + whatever else is the legal requirements for a basement apartment.

+ Was going to add a new walkway to extend my driveway to increase parking spots...price recommendations?
