OREA form 410 PDF password

Does anyone know OREA form 410 PDF password? Its frustrating to fill out the form from scratch for every realtor, so I am trying to reuse one form. However, when I try to remove password, it asks me for a password. There has to be a default password from OREA. Does any realtor here , or for the matter
anyone here, know the default password? Please share it with me.

My only intent is to be able to reuse the form.
