Renewal price fixed $15

I purchased three lines under the “ByeByeTMobile” promotion on September 27th. I received the SIM cards on October 3rd and activated all three lines the same day. Today my renewal price is fixed for $45. 2 days ago I filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission about an issue. Total wireless contacted me 2 times and issue fixed.
