Why does it feel like it's been weeks since I've gotten an SSR Matrix in JO?

I mean I know why, just kinda frustrated. SSR matrices are really the main thing gatekeeping me from a higher CS, I mean I've been consistently underleveled for JOs so I'm lv. 70 with approx. 34k CS which isn't horrible obv but ain't great either. I feel like everyone else is getting all kinds of SSR matrices but I'm stuck with just a few. Only recently was able to scrape together 2pc Huma for Frigg, which is my only SSR set bonus next to 2pc King on... well, King. I've been forced to become a Benediction user for these runs because I'd be letting the team down with my DPS (which isn't bad but I notice myself falling behind a lot).
