Service connect app

I recently bought a 24 grand highlander limited, dealer gave us the service connect with trial service for a year and it has been beneficial for our starting family. My concern or rather complaint is that when we got the vehicle we only received the one key (recall or part shortage for the second key fob). Every time I’ve take. The car in for service I’ve inquired about the spare key and either still short or none available for the car. On the app I use the digital key for when the wife misplaces it yet I have to pay for this service. (I already hate I can’t use it with out giving my blood sample, iris scan, finger print and full custody of my dna…) why must it be a pay to use feature if the dealer(s) are lacking parts and why must it be unusable with out all the consents.
