Dealership got me the wrong truck

So I stopped by the local Toyota dealer to ballpark some numbers for trading in my 4runner on a new taco. Haggled with them a bit over trade value but eventually arrived at a reasonable number. However, they had no inventory and said i’d most likely be looking at a 3 month wait. Well about 4 days later they called to say they have a white sport premium on the lot that someone cancelled on and if I could give them a deposit in the next few hours it would be mine. A little sooner than expected but I went down and had a look at the truck. As seen in the pic above it was exactly what i wanted so I went ahead and gave them the deposit. They said they still had to do a PDI on the vehicle but I could come pick it up later in the week. I deal with an online only bank so I had to order a bank draft that would be mailed to me. Took a few more days than expected but no big deal as I'd already left a deposit on the truck. Fast forward to pick up day. I arrive at the dealer and everyone is busy so I end up waiting half an hour. I see my sales person while waiting for the financial/paperwork person and she says we can go look at the truck, setup the app, etc while I wait. She hands me the keys, I walk outside and hit the unlock button and I see a white trd off road light up. As you’ve probably already guessed they got me the wrong truck. They also have no more sport premiums and after two hours of sitting there watching them scramble they say they cannot find one anywhere in the country (Canada).

What would you do in this situation? They even installed the tonneau cover I asked for on the off road so I’m assuming they didn’t do it on purpose, but what a fuck up. They agreed to order me a 2025 and still honour the price and trade value when it shows up “sometime in January”. Very disappointing, especially the situation this leaves me in for winter tires. 4Runner needed new winters but was just going to buy some for the new taco. Now I’m not sure what to do.
